Please fill out the form below to apply to be a vendor for the 2021 Huntertown Heritage Days event (Saturday, August 14th from 12pm to 4pm).

Setup is 11am-12pm.

Payment must be sent in the form of check or money order payable to Huntertown Heritage Days, please print in the memo “craft vendor”:

I do not hold the Huntertown Heritage Days or the committee or any other member of the HHD responsible for injury, accidental loss, or damage of any kind. HHD reserves the right to close any exhibit leased herein, without liability should merchant, merchant exhibit, or employees be deemed by HHD to be guilty of any act that is against the best interest of HHD festival. I have read, understand and agree to the HHD 2018 guidelines.
