Food Vendor Application 2021

Please fill out the form below to apply to be a food vendor for the 2021 Huntertown Heritage Days event (August 12th 6-10pm, August 13th 6-10pm, August 14th 12-10pm at the Huntertown Family Park).

Food vendors must stay the full times for the days signed up for. Payment must be sent in the form of check or money order payable to Huntertown Heritage Days, please print in the memo “craft vendor”:

*HHD will not schedule vendors that are serving the same type of food. *I do not hold Huntertown Heritage Days or the committee or any other member of the HHD responsible for injury, accidental loss, or damage of any kind. HHD reserves the right to close any exhibit leased herein, without liability should merchant, merchant exhibit, or employees be deemed by HHD to be guilty of any act that is against the best interest of HHD festival. I have read, understand and agree to the HHD 2021 guidelines. Please mark the days you will be attending or the last option which is all 3 days for a discounted price of $100.00.
